      No one knows what they are doing so if you don’t, you’ll thrive.

      Cons

      No one knows what good looks like, what an idea is or how to activate other departments. It’s all ego. No impact. No creative fire power. Every other agency in the network is to be admired and Toronto has you catfished. Run!

      *Great place to build portfolio if you want to grow in this industry. *Highly talented people to work with. *Good pay.

      Cons

      *Ideas end up being specs. *While there's highly talented people, there's also highly egotistical people who think they're the last Coca-Cola in the desert. *Churn and burn. Be very careful when joining this agency. They won't care throwing you under the bus when they need to open up a new shop or they're not hitting numbers.
