      Fantastic management Room for growth Great benefits and pay Incredible workplace and co-workers

      There are slow times, but there are always things to help with during down time. I don't really have any cons.

      Pros

      Great launching point into a tech career. Lots of IT issues to get involved in and learn. You work purely with city employees so you can gain many big connections into government IT.

      Cons

      Not much teaching, You get thrown into it all.
