I am not proud to work here and I am not proud of the service we provide to the telecommunications industry. Our "leadership" team is so lacklustre and uninspiring. The recent redundancy situation has been so poorly communicated, and yet not particularly surprising as it is such a reflection of the sneaky, manipulative and employees-last culture of the GSMA as a whole.
Don't get me wrong, there are some amazing people that work here and I have enjoyed working with them on some fantastic projects, but if you're a smart person reading this, just know there are so many other companies that would benefit from, and appreciate more, your skills. Please don't consider coming here to prop up the inflated salaries of our the GSMA "leaders" who literally do nothing, and take all the credit.
