Beneath the veneer of a progressive, inclusive company lies a toxic culture where bullying and discrimination are not only pervasive but tolerated and sometimes encouraged by leadership.
Bullying is alarmingly commonplace, often taking the form of verbal intimidation, micromanagement, and public shaming. Leaders frequently turn a blind eye, enabling these behaviors to continue unchecked. Efforts to report issues through 'Speak Up' channels are a joke, concerns are brushed aside or diminished.
The most concerning aspect is the discriminatory behavior towards employees with disabilities. Despite public commitments to diversity and inclusion, leaders displayed an alarming lack of understanding and empathy. Accommodations are begrudgingly made, if at all, with numerous barriers of 'process' used to deter people, and employees who voice their needs are labeled as "difficult" and retaliated against by being performance managed. The toxic environment makes it clear that the company prioritizes optics over genuine inclusivity.
For an organization that prides itself on innovation and care, the treatment of its employees tells a much different story. I cannot recommend this company to anyone seeking a healthy, supportive workplace.
