Pros
Love the idea of working in a company who help make people live longer and feel better. Used to be really philanthropic and care loads about employees
Cons
Since the merger, GSK has become far too influenced by the city. All about profit. All about cutting costs. It is possible to be good to employees and care for employees - just look at John Lewis. GSK has got the balance wrong in my view.
