      -People were friendly and dedicated, always willing to help. -Company lives up to its mission of helping patients around the world -It has good benefits

      -Outsourcing all back office functions to third parties or low cost countries. -R&D pipeline is not interesting, lack of blockbusters medicines . -Associates with a good experience and talent are leaving.
