Pros
The people - coworkers and managers - were great almost across the board. They tend to be hard-working and professional but still fun.
Cons
The constant change is frustrating at best, and it's difficult to gain traction in one territory, selling one product or working for one manager. Also, for the last three years the company has not compensated reps based on sales performance, but rather on how they've performed on written and verbal tests, etc. This is disappointing for sales professionals that are results-oriented. Finally, we all know big pharma is under a lot of scrutiny and is highly regulated, but GSK takes this to the next level. They are the most conservative pharma company out there, and I believe this hinders the business.
