Pros
Supportive structure, and good renumeration. Work feels important and like you're making an impact. Think the people there are all great, and find it very easy to work with everyone
Cons
Size of the company means change/process improvements can be a bit slow. Career opportunities for promotion seem maybe less available than other companies in the same space

Fast paced work and a lot of very driven co-workers that are passionate about the work they do and delivering medicines to patients
Cons
re-organization decimated the company culture. takes a long time to move up with the company. pay is considerably less compared to what other companies pay for role.
