Constantly changing QA policy & Metrics / Switching managers every 6 months / no life outside of work due to constant mandatory over time / no room for advancement & most managers have gotten demoted to regular customer service agents / Fast disciplinary action

Pros

I worked here for almost 3 years and had a ton of great experiences! The people on the team were great, most of the supervisors were good. Overall it was a great experience and I learned a ton from it as well!

Cons

The communication wasn't the best. The vacation and paid time off got reduced to just paid time off, which we still get an occurrence for was quite absurd.
