Performing all the tasks mentioned below enabled me to gain in depth knowledge of construction and along with this i got hands on experience too.
• Performed site inspections on daily basis, prepared punch lists and evaluated installation according to Specifications and cost codes.
• Helped the senior estimator in minor estimating
• Kept track of RFI’S, addendums and Change Orders.
• Material procurement and coordination of tradesmen.
• Helped in preparing the schedule of the project using Primavera P6
• Provided leadership and guidance to inspection staff on CM/inspection tasks such as; invoice review/approval, construction inspection, schedule control, cost control, reporting, progress meetings, and contract close-outs.
• Assisted the subcontractors and superintendents to ensure that the project was on schedule and all the equipment and workforce met the design standards and specifications.
• Supervised all construction activities to ensure project completion within the contracted schedule and budget. Responsible for performing takeoffs of projects for bidding purposes.
• Indulged in the work along design team and subcontractors to resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
• Assisted project manager with shop drawing submittal reviews and material procurement.
• Assisted the survey department in obtaining the topographic information of the site.
• Provided weekly schedules, meeting minutes and project status to Company’s higher officials.

Their were no disadvantages as such because all the tasks which i have done their was helpful.
