Management let a 21 year old schedule for the entire building. In return she put her, her boyfriend and friends on the busy nights. Where they stole thousands of dollars a night - which ended in criminal charges and they all got fired. Others couldn’t get a shift and we’re told that we had to work harder to get a chance (learn to steal like them). They conveniently forgot to tell us they were deducting break pay while saying that we can’t take breaks. They protect their own “valuable staff” and shuffle them around the company. If you don’t drink and hangout with the manager’s & supervisors there’s no chance at a promotion. At one of our meetings they asked anonymously if the minorities/lgtbq staff felt safe and heard. More than half the room said no. All and all a very performative bar with very little culture. If you enjoy early 2000’s top 40’s and remix’s that shouldn’t happen while hanging out with people between the ages of 19-23 while creeps aged 27-35 prey on them. Then this is your spot.
