- Relaxed and casual environment - Merit-Based with room to move into other departments - $180 allowance for lenses on your vision plan! That was nice - If you excel on office politics, gossip, cliques and being a "Yes-Man" then this is the place for you! - My ex-supervisor from when I was hired is a work horse. I admire him for his work ethic, management skills and approach. You would be lucky to work for him. I trusted his leadership in that department

-You will be fired for NOTHING. I worked hard and got CONSTANT praise, promotion and more. Only to be fired suddenly and refused a reason why. Do not expect any warnings, or to be written up about anything or provided any information on how you could improve at work. You will NOT be given any opportunity to do different. - They do not follow their end of the bargain concerning the Company/Employee Guide, not one process do they follow that's outlined in that material they provide you. I have no idea why they even kill the tree to provide it to you. It does state on almost every page though that its "At-WIll" and will terminate for any reason....yeah no joke *Future employees. my recommendation - do NOT have loyalty if you work here (Don't expect longevity, always look for something better), because they 100% will not for you. Hard work does not pay off at this location, unfortunately you will be seen as competition by others) - In 2 years, never received any formal performance review, just constant raises, promotions then fired! - All departments lack major communication and only care about own department and not the big picture - Owner comes in once every once in awhile, as an intimidation factor, to fire people creating an element of fear....while not really knowing how his business operates due to living out of state. - Also, all current employees are not allowed to speak to old ones (yes, they actualy send out emails concerning this), so don't bother getting close to anyone, because once your gone, everyone will sadly follow that rule
