Pros

You are given the opportunity to work with interesting clients, and the teams are all very hard working and intelligent. Benefits are good overall. Office culture varies greatly from city to city, there are a lot of remote workers too. Opportunity for promotion is limited and highly dependent on which team you're working in.

Cons

I am often assigned to work with clients and teams outside my time zone which can have a strong negative impact on work-life balance. Workload can ramp up very suddenly and leave you in an extremely high stress situation. Management attempts to support, but it doesn't always result in much relief. Internal politics can be very challenging, there is a lot of fragmentation between internal teams, largely due to the acquisition driven growth model.

Pros

Great studio Nice workflow by the time the work came to us , we were left to create the video...with minimal interference gave a lot of new college grads a chance to work and create Subject matter experts (Dave and Greg) were always ready to answer technical questions...if they did not know the answer would find out Adam Stedman (then CEO) told me I was "intimidating" so that was fun I am usually called "nice...or a hard worker"

Cons

Covid turned WFH into PTO for some full timers (GP and Client) video training lost steam company purchased by a large holding company "this is going to be great"...they say then the cuts came client closed the studio we were collateral damage it was a fun gig stars below reflect part time no bennies so I could not score higher work/life video production is any 7 any hour it is what it is
