Great people, competitive compensation, solid benefits/perks (medical/dental insurance costs covered), nice new office, flexible work arrangements available, and overall positioned to have sustained success in the industry.

Bonus targets are hardly granted because every year is a "tough year". Growth/mobility is limited internally; strong preference just to hire externally. Firm runs very thin in terms of headcount, expect to work long hours at times with no OT or recognition in the form of compensation.
