Where to start.. the building and office itself looked as if it belonged in the medieval times. Zero effort to improve the office (except the plants, those were a nice touch). I suppose this is how CRE is, but GLP was the epitome of an old man's dirty game. Management lies through their teeth during Town Halls, culture and morale is the lowest I've ever seen. The only way to get promoted, is if your manager or a senior quits. Otherwise, you're a peasant there for life. Several managers who have no business managing people have been promoted simply because their senior quit. HR is involved in creating a toxic environment, which leads to people being skeptical about their own HR department.
