This is a place where you have to be be a leader, self-sufficient, resourceful and ready to hustle and be full of ideas and outcomes to problems. If you are used to be told what to do and how to do your job, This is not the right place for you. Understanding the beauty industry helps, but as long as you have interest or passion on it, you will learn so much! It is a place to grow as long as the business grows. Its a place where you will get to know many more sides of a business other than your role. At the end, the more you know, the more valuable you are right?
