Pros
When things are good (ie. business is good) things are great
Cons
When things are bad (ie lose a client or two) then you get laid off without any notice. I worked my a** off, press checks at 10 at nite and working until 8pm, etc, then I got laid off. The owner said that I did a great job and I'm sorry, he said that he would refer me to anyone, but its just a bad feeling because he knew and did nothing.
