      Pros

      Small office means there is the opportunity to hold real responsibility rather than merely doing intern tasks. Other staff and CEO are highly intelligent.

      Cons

      Working environment not always great. CEO can lack patience and does not always explain what he wants you to do clearly.

      Pros

      While it is quite flexible, the culture makes you want to work hard. Great Team. Good communication. Overall, I highly recommend.

      Cons

      It is, at times, a struggle to find sources on data needed for research, but you will eventually figure it out.
