Your feedback regarding the workload is also concerning, and I want to emphasize that employee well-being is a top priority at GHT. We pride ourselves on having a healthy work-life balance, and I hope you feel you can approach the leadership at GHT if you do not feel as if you can achieve balance outside the workplace. As part of our culture, we have continued to offer a flexible hybrid schedule to balance a sense of community.
