Cons

My experience at this company was nothing short of toxic, and I would strongly caution anyone considering working here. From the very beginning, it was clear that this was not a healthy or professional environment. I was subjected to ongoing bullying by both the Family Controller and the personal assistant—behavior that was not only inappropriate but completely unchecked. Instead of addressing these issues, leadership seemed either unaware or unwilling to intervene, which only reinforced the hostile atmosphere. The workplace culture is deeply dysfunctional. HR insists on inserting itself into every situation, yet demonstrates a complete lack of real HR knowledge or professionalism. Rather than being a support system, HR adds to the chaos and confusion. There is also a glaring lack of trust from the CEO, which trickles down and creates a suffocating environment where employees feel constantly scrutinized but never supported. Autonomy is nonexistent, and morale suffers as a result. Integration into the office is extremely difficult. There is no real onboarding culture, no sense of inclusion, and certainly no effort to help new employees succeed. Instead, you're left to navigate a workplace filled with inflated egos, cliques, and an alarming amount of bigotry. Overall, this is an organization plagued by poor leadership, toxic behavior, and a complete disregard for employee well-being. I would not recommend working here under any circumstances. Everyone is is too busy kissing the rich guy's rear (CEO) to get special privileges and gifts.
