I don't have many downsides. Sometimes there was an uneven workflow but we managed to work around any significant issues

I am uncomfortable working with this company because they are so deceptive with regards to what they pay their employees. The pay is very low and yet I happen to know that they charge unconscionable rates to the clients who 'retain' them. As an employee, I feel they are undervaluing our talent and 'raping' the client.
