Buyer Beware - Anonymous employee GEODIS Employee Review

Do not see as much diversity across the senior levels of leadership. Level of success appears to be based on you level of pain you can take from both Geodis leadership and the customer leaders. Culture is horrible. No conversation around reviews, merit pay, missed bonus payouts. Communication is horrible across the board. Very little empathy for front line leaders which directly affects associate. No work life balance. "We have always done in that way" approach to all operational challenges.
