Decent pay, easy to learn, no experience needed for most positions, a variety of shifts, overtime is usually available to those who want it, they take safety seriously
Cons
Mandatory overtime, long walks to break/lunch that are counted as part of your break (depending on which building/account and/or your manager), during peak season some accounts hire hundreds of new people and its chaotic, parking can be far from entrance depending on account
