Pros
There is no reason to work ... They forcefully taken people like me from GE , the day they formed the company GE HR offered us resignation letter of GE and Joining letter of Genworks.
Cons
Then don't settle ur expenses , even when you leave the organization they will not give your final settlement amount. Even in their joining letter they mention that if u leave GW then you can't work in any competition company for next 6 months .
