Easy, lots of inbound leads and good client base

Old software and process. Vibe is not good internally

They increased my salary when the company was doing well with bonuses and commissions as well after one year of work. They were fair to me when I made mistakes and overlooked them. They had flexibility in the work schedule when you had training outside of the workplace. They paid for some of the courses out there so that you can increase knowledge about sales.

Sometimes the work environment was tough.
