a couple of supervisors care, but most don't seem to

horribly understaffed and huge turnover rate because people are burnt out and management continues to make conditions worse, removing half days and saturdays off. the credit union as a whole is trying to expand while not helping the departments they have now. members are more and more upset because they wait longer for the fewer and fewer people that can help them and take it out on agents. micromanaged like crazy and low pay

GECU is definitely an excellent place to work! The possibility of moving up is great! The company takes care of its employees!

Cons

Get used to working hard when project deadlines near close. Depending on your role with the company get use to working at a high pace environment.

Pros

Easy work, Hybrid environment was beneficial to help with workload

Cons

always understaffed. management were disingenuous regarding staffing, pay and promotions. If you were "too good" at your job, you cost too much to replace so your career was stunted. While "promotions" were often, they were not actually promotions just fancy titles to make the employees feel good and add additional work without relieving some of the existing workload
