No chance for career path - Development Engineer GE Employee Review

Project mangers are politations, they don't do real works except spending time in coffee room cheating laughing and complaining. Anything bad happened just say employee fault, anything good happened just because themselves are good. Take other people's work as their own, both project manegers and line manegers do so. They give stupid suggestion. Every project manegers just want to develop their own products without knowing what previous team effort and history.
