Pros
Having worked at GDS for over 5 years I have seen lots of transformation in this time, emerging from a traditional events business into a fast paced digital first organization. GDS is growing fast with 98% growth in 2021, with new product launches and initiatives across the board. I love the fast paced environment, the people right across the business and the opportunity to learn fast in an entrepreneurial environment. The people here are the biggest asset.
Cons
As with any business that has transformed and is in a high growth phase there are changes in process and structure that are required to support the business as it grows - change is not for everyone. I love to embrace change, but this is not for everyone.
