- cold calling - at least 150 dials every day -video calling - difficult to get commission -changing their strategy all the time, short notice for massive changes and everyone is expected to adhere almost immediately -using your own linkedin and mobile number to fish delegates -they tell you that you can sell anything to anyone depending on your technique - this is not true. it all depends on what campaign you are given and target list. - rebooking same executives all the time, therefore senior staff has massive advantage as they have their own database -contacts sourced by kosovo are poor quality, so you need to find your own leads on linkedin. chances are that your colleagues have already contacted same person. -no compliance with covid rules,no social distancing, people working form the office -''cult'' like mentoring by managers and CEO, make you believe you do something wrong if you do not succeed -contradictive information / advises how to do the job (you are given pitch, but people tell you contradictive info what to include in it etc.)
