Pros

Honestly, base salary and commission salary is great for a sales job. Because of this, they facilitate a high intensity/volume cold calling regime (Hence, the term *boiler Room* sales). It really isn't for the faint of heart but if you can rough it out and work hard, you'll make really good money.

Cons

Boring, repetitive, insanity-seeking. Strict work schedule (assigned break and lunch like primary school), Office culture sucks, co-workers suck, the whole shaban.
