high compensation, great work enviroment, great infrastructure.

the management is chaotic, also, the company is far away from downtown.

Good, dedicated people really trying to make the company a success. Beautiful office in downtown San Francisco; great interaction with all levels of the company.

Everything is controlled by Corporate (in China). Decision making and funding process is not transparent at all; US office has little influence. Some late nights because of time difference with China. Management in China says one thing and does another.
