Pros
Work is what you make of it. The company gives back what you put in. I have worked here for a long time and have always gone above and beyond my job duties to make sure the company is successful so in return I have been able to enjoy my job with good pay and benefits. Work schedule is Monday thru Friday with the weekends off to spend with your family.
Cons
Fast pace environment that might not suit everyone but if your a hard worker and want a long term job than this is maybe the place for you.
