Overworked & Underpaid - Anonymous employee GCI Solar Employee Review

Where to start? The new owners don't have a clue about how to run a solar business and believe that cutting pay, cutting people, and cutting overtime will somehow make each of their employees joyfully do the equivalent of 3 people's jobs for pennies. Everyone is miserable there due to these reasons but stay because it's close to home or haven't found anything better yet. No one has faith that the company will last or that they will get raises (especially if the raises only go to the owners). Avoid working here for the sake of your sanity and happiness.
