      Friendly atmosphere. New staff trying to improve the overall quality of the plant.

      Cons

      Behind on current inustries standards. Senior employees stuck in the past ways of doing things which has led to multiple failures in production.

      Pros

      Good pay, benefits, and overall compensation package. A lot of great folks work there, which is what I miss the most. They are safety and environmentally conscience. They have been working to update and improve the DCS systems.

      Cons

      Drowning in paperwork to cover corporates backside. Very poor succession planning. Have made snap decisions to eliminate personnel without doing the proper impact analysis (which cost the company a LOT of money) and it made everyone's job harder. Some of the areas in the plant have a high turn over rate. They do not manage overtime very well.
