Pros

None Toxic family company with a disregard for all staff regardless of position. Total ignorance towards length of service if you die while in the business they put you at the bottom of the internal communication! Like an episode of the sopranos what this company has hidden and got away with. Head office is a complete mish mash of so called Scottish royalty and full of wannabes. Quite a frequent occurrence to hear rumours of people sacked and very under handed tactics. Usually always mess with final payslips as a final kick in.

Cons

Disregard for staff Woeful pay and bonus structure Incompetent in regards to sales

Pros

There were some friendly and supportive colleagues, which made the day-to-day working environment more positive.

Cons

There were very limited opportunities for progression or meaningful career development within the business. The culture felt strongly sales-driven, with this often being the main priority in decision-making. Expectations on employees continued to increase over time, but this was not always matched with appropriate recognition or reward, with end-of-year appreciation feeling minimal, such as receiving a small voucher rather than a more substantial bonus. Management effectiveness was inconsistent, and there were many instances where feedback, advice, and concerns raised by team members did not feel acknowledged or acted upon. In addition, workplace conditions were not always maintained to an acceptable standard, with facilities such as bathrooms at times being extremely unhygienic.

Pros

Some staff members are great to work with and work as a team.

Cons

Some executive management should not be given the power they possess (based on some knowledge they lack) . Making people redundant so that other jobs can be created and funded does not make for a growing and stable company, this creates havoc and uncertainty within the company (Staff members do speak to one another and dirt is always uncovered)
