- Promotion approved by leadership, but HR denied the pay increase
- HR policies seem to override management’s input and support
- Unclear career progression despite strong performance
- Significant additional responsibilities without fair compensation
- Sexism and frequent talk of politics (US Politics) in the office
(we have to go in 4 days soon so I'm not looking forward to being around more of that)
- Unclear direction from different teams (some employees don't seem to know how to do their jobs - creates confusion and slows down everyone else. I shouldn't have to tell someone from a different team how to do his/her job, their manager should)
