      Pros

      I got to work with some very good people and made connections that will last. The work was engaging at times.

      Cons

      Corporate culture got much worse over time. Information became siloed, and whenever there was an issue the first priority was trying to assign blame.

      Pros

      Great company with supportive and talented people, an excellent work/life balance, and a positive culture. I truly enjoyed my time there and will miss it, I really loved working at this company.

      Cons

      Some processes and team structures could benefit from further modernization, particularly in expanding Agile adoption compared to leading IT organizations.

      Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

      Cons

      This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
