      Strong teams, large organization with a lot of resources, good benefits and earnings opportunity for high performers. Growth opportunity, strong name recognition.

      Cons

      Centralized control. Large national customers "wag" the dog. Highly political corporate management structure. Favoritism is often the deciding factor in promotions.

      Pros

      Great company with supportive and talented people, an excellent work/life balance, and a positive culture. I truly enjoyed my time there and will miss it, I really loved working at this company.

      Cons

      Some processes and team structures could benefit from further modernization, particularly in expanding Agile adoption compared to leading IT organizations.

      Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

      Cons

      This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
