      The managers of the particular facility would treat everyone as though they were incompetent, but expected everyone in the department to complete all of their work for them so that they didn't need to leave the office. Would not show up to the office until it was convenient, and then was impatient with workers when they wanted something done.

      Pros

      Great company with supportive and talented people, an excellent work/life balance, and a positive culture. I truly enjoyed my time there and will miss it, I really loved working at this company.

      Cons

      Some processes and team structures could benefit from further modernization, particularly in expanding Agile adoption compared to leading IT organizations.

      Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

      Cons

      This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
