nothing it is a great place

I have a very fair amount of autonomy. There is a lot of hands-on experience for me. The company is on bankers hours which means no weekends.

I've only been here for a litle under 2 years at the time of this writing but the salary and bonuses are currently less than what I would desire. The workload and side projects that fall outside of the company can be a handful.
