Incompetent - Bank Protection Officer G4S Secure Solutions Employee Review

Great company with excellent benefits and PTO.

None, great work atmosphere all around

Onboard training was overly long, but they did pay you for your time. If you did not have previous experience, you were introduced to what G4S expected from you. Each one of my work sites were pleasant, some more than others, but they all had safe working environments.

G4S should have created a training program for supervisors. It was obviious that some site superviors felt threatened when someone with more experience was put on their team. Supervisors needed to be developed and mentored, not given the position without oversight.
