Pros
Company is global, sort of since they don’t really operate as one company operationally, but it does give the appearance of a global presence which larger customers appreciate.
Cons
Zero work life balence. They do not care about their employees and turnover is rediculously high. They also unapologetically break all kinds of labor laws. The environment is toxic, unprofessional, and unorganized.
