Steward - Security Steward G4S Employee Review

What a dis-organised and disrespectful bunch of idiots. There are more cheifs than indians and still they cannot orgainse themselves accordingly. There is no respect from managment. They fail to set a standard and move you in and out like cattle. You are asked to wear smart uniform but will always end up with a jacket or poloshirt to wear anyway. Items of clothing that are smelling and festering with the dirt and bacteria left behing from the unfortunate collegue to have been forced to wear it before you. I had a dermo condition after my first shift from the uniform If you have any problems or questions, they say to log an issue.. if you log an issue you will only recieve an unhelpful attitude from ops managers .exercising egos and beating their chests like Apes.. but still no resoulution or professionalism when making enquiries. Use the phone and leave a message. You will be ignored. Go on a shift with them. Listen to the racism and homophobic attitudes they share with eachother under their breath if your not a White man into macho posturing and being the Meat head.(so to speak) your will only be treated like dirt. There are other things i could share but i think you get the picture. G4s are scum. Who are only driven by ego. But truth is. They have no clue. They cannot communicate like human beings let alone professionals. Keep your self respect and Do Not entertain these jokers.
