Pros

As the MD of G2G3 I find it incredibly upsetting to read the negative reviews below from some previous employees. Since I joined last year we have developed a well-researched and documented strategy, which has been cited as an example of best practice within the Capita Group. This plan has been shared openly to the business with weekly Monday morning check ins and regular monthly dedicated team update sessions, where refreshments are served and there is an open floor for questions. We have a team of amazing committed and very talented people, a portfolio of products and services that help transform some of the world's biggest organisations and many very happy client testimonials. We openly recognise and reward the achievements of our employees and have an open door culture. We also support flexible working arrangements with many of our team members choosing variable start, lunch or finish times to accommodate childcare or fitness requirements or simply because they wish work from home a day a week so support their work/life balance goals.

Cons

Yes, it has been challenging to progress the plan as quickly as we would like due to a conflict of interest clause that exists within the wider Capita group but our leadership team and Capita Execs are working closely through how we address that. Calls for Capita to investigate the current leadership team seem strange as they engage with us, and us with them, on a weekly basis with total visibility on actions and performance. Pros

G2G3 stands alone when it comes to software driven IT business simulations. Transitioning to more of a reselling licensing partnering strategy than a direct to enterprise sale. Best solution set out there though.

Cons

A lot of executive leadership change over the past six months including a new Managing Director out of Scotland who has literally driven the business into the ground. As a company owned by Capita, it has become an endless "hair on fire" daily grind to produce as in a transactional sales approach, not enough thought into a strategic long term one. There has been a massive change in go to market strategies leaving the entire company in a state of misdirection, loss of key business,opportunities and a mass exodus of key talent from every corner of the organization. I say this all sadly as the company's solutions are second to none.

Pros

-Excellent management: no micro-managing, straightforward conversations that get objectives accomplished, Very approachable, genuinely cares for employees

Cons

-Small office space -Very little feeling of being a part of a team -Poor communication between the Americas office and Scotland office making it difficult to have everyone in the company on the same page -On-boarding process for new employees is very disorganized and has almost no structure
