No one with the right mind should even consider joining G2000, this is a company where excellence will be humiliated and apple-polishers are praised. No skills required nor critical and logical thinking go through this company, its ideals and logics changes on a daily bases with no support whatsoever, management loves moving the goalposts around like kids. This is a place where work life balance is degraded and demolished, the constant and meaningless waiting for meetings that will overrun till 6 or 7 am in the morning, despite starting at 11 am. People who works here for an extensive period of time are entoxicated and without dignity. Anyone who has the intellegence and could actually be good at his job or profession would be horrified by the people within the company, endless politics and unfair treatment that would drain any elite away. The only two things this company guarantees are your 14-month salary and a lifetime of humiliation and regret that you have joined this company. This is not a helpfull place for your career growth, nor it's a place to retire, if you are someone who takes pride at your own ability to solve problems, whom enjoys the efficency you bring to the table, whom loves the decision that you have made that brought good results in the past, if you are someone that is smart, quick and efficent with a very bright career, do not even think about joining this comapany under any circumstances. But, if you are someone who enjoys being unhealthy, treated unfairly and loves getting humiliated and not getting the respect a human being deserves, then this company is where you belong.
