The employees and CEO are friendly and welcoming. Takes a little while to get to know each, but if you have the right attitude you become family. That I will say about the company, it is a family and they treat you as such. You don't find that very often.
Cons
Communication. There is not a lot of communication from top level down. It takes a lot of time to get the right information needed to proceed with a task that needs to be done.
