We're glad to hear you’ve had positive experiences with our tech stack, team, and professional development opportunities, as well as the lunches, which we know are a small but important part of the daily experience!
That said, we're sorry to hear that your time at FxPro has also included frustrations. We take feedback seriously, particularly around consistency in policies, work-life balance, and management culture. These are areas we’re actively working to improve. Change doesn’t happen overnight, but we are committed to creating a more transparent, supportive, and structured environment for everyone.
Regarding your concerns about leadership and communication, we're continuously investing in training and development for managers, and we’re also reviewing internal processes to ensure expectations and direction are clear and realistic across the board.
