The in store reps were great especially when dealing with everything.
Cons
It wasn’t due to Covid, this company is just really poorly run. Their training is not based on Tmobile standards. District Managers and up have no idea how things work in store, inventory, or staffing. Goals change constantly, so does pay. Whenever you get underpaid you have to wait for the next pay day and hope its correct. Since they were doing so poorly before Covid19, they used it as an excuse to stop giving commissions.
