The customers are great, the drinks are fun to make and it could be some serious earning potential.
Cons
Management is terrible. Don't micromanage adults to do a simple task. Keep your business out of the workplace. Hire a more diverse background of people. This company made me feel 100% isolated and alone when the female management left. The manager would come up doing things to help that weren't necessary to essentially try to belittle you. It was so overbearing and disrespectful to be in the presence of Z. He would compare you to other employees, give up your shifts and so on without notification. Here you are thinking that you're doing great, good morale with staff and customers but constantly get negative feedback from managers that NEVER work the same shift as you or are around enough to see your work ethic. The entire kitchen is Hispanic, entire staff is white so IF you get hired as a minority, you will feel very isolated. This place drained my positive energy. I felt as though no matter what you do right you're always doing something wrong here. The behavior by the managers was vindictive and gaslit. The managers also constantly talk about their personal relationships in the workplace with staff and customers. They expect you to stay w at beyond your shift but if you are late by 3 minutes, the world will end. The experience lacked human experience and work life balance. The manager expects you to preform like a robot, exactly as he says or else. I dont recommend working here.
