Supportive management, remote work, flexible scheduling, good opportunities to learn and grow.
Cons
Had huge layoffs last year. They doubled their employee count in 2021 but cut it back in half in 2022, which could be due to something more than a market issue. Strategy changed a ton in one year, which made lots of teams spin their wheels for nothing.
